AI Credits

Shield IQ™ and Advanced Intelligence share one prepaid credit meter. One credit equals $0.005 of real model cost at a 4× markup. Monthly allowances reset on the first of each UTC month: Free 60, Pro 875, Elite 2,100. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Members can see remaining credits in Settings.

Optional top-up packs are prepaid one-time purchases and need a Stripe card on file. Auto-recharge is off by default; if you opt in, charges are capped at $25 by default and $100 per UTC month. If the saved card fails, AI is cut off until you buy credits or update the card.

Purchased credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. AI credit purchases are non-refundable except a verified duplicate charge requested within 60 days, or where a non-waivable consumer law requires otherwise.
